Steps to join Writers On The Storm:

Step 1: Join the national ACFW organization at acfw.com.
Step 2: Apply for membership using this Google Form.
Step 3: Pay the chapter annual dues when you receive your PayPal invoice.

You’ve written a story, and you plan to self-publish or pursue a traditional contract. Either way, you need to learn marketing. ACFW, The Woodlands is a great place to get advice and coaching. It’s also a place to meet fellow writers who will support your career. If you are interested in pursuing your dream to write for the Christian market, consider visiting a couple of our chapter meetings before you make the decision to join us. 

Membership Policies—The How-To's
  • To be a chapter member, you must maintain membership in the national organization, American Christian Fiction Authors Non-members are welcome to visit two chapter meetings before they decide to apply for membership.
  • Annual chapter dues are $20 ($10 for those 70+)
  • All members are required to sign a Statement of Faith by the national organization. Please update your membership information annually and “sign” the statement using this Googleform every year when you pay your dues.
  • Members will receive an invoice when dues are to be paid.
